We are pleased to invite you to the Long-Term and Continuing Care Conference titled “Thriving Through Transitions” at Prairieland Park in Saskatoon. The Saskatchewan First Nations Family and Community Institute (SFNFCI) is honoured to create a space for dialogue, knowledge-sharing, and healing that strengthens interdisciplinary networks and empowers communities to address complex mental health and addiction needs in long-term care.
We welcome anyone who is interested in this initiative to attend, spots are limited so be sure to register in advance.
