Join SFNFCI’s SDM consultant in learning how the family strength and needs assessment helps guide case planning with families.

Cost: Free

**The Family Strengths & Needs Assessment has been removed from policy, however; SFNFCI will continue to train the assessment and provide support as requested. 

Microsoft Teams Link and training materials will be provided to those that register.

The family strength and needs assessment is a comprehensive tool that looks at key domains of family functioning and leads us to a case plan. It answers the questions: “What are the most important things to put on the case plan?”
