Objective:
This one-day training has been developed to provide suggestions about managing multiple priorities. These often include managing conflicting priorities and dealing with instant challenges that happen in an agency every day. Suggestions are provided for setting priorities, getting organized, managing your time, and achieving your agency’s goals.
Key Competencies:
Key competencies are defined as the knowledge, skills, and abilities that are needed to work effectively as agency workers. This module is designed to give you information on:
- Understanding the benefits of managing multiple priorities.
- Assessing your own use of time and identify which areas you might like to improve.
- Reviewing your expectations regarding your use of time
- Reviewing some time management tools and techniques and evaluate them for yourself.
- Roughing out a schedule that could help you use your time more effectively
Deadline for registration is July 2nd, 2026.
