The Three Houses Tools is another Integrated Practice Strategy (IPS) that has been introduced by Evident Change. The Three Houses tool is intended to assist in bringing forward the voices of children and families into information gathering processes, assessments, and plans. This is done by looking at the house of worries, house of good things, and house of dreams.

For more information regarding the Three Houses tool join a SFNFCI SDM training consultant in a two- hour virtual session that will explore each house and when this tool would be beneficial when working with families.
