Program Overview

This one-day workshop is interactive and applied, combining short learning segments with high-participation activities, small-group discussion, and real-world application. The experience is designed for busy professionals -engaging, relevant, and adaptable to various organizational cultures and realities. The focus is practical and immediately applicable – not theoretical – ensuring participants can translate learning directly into action.

Purpose of the program is to equip organizational leaders with the mindset, confidence, and tools to lead people effectively through ongoing change – balancing performance with empathy, communication, and operational efficiency in a constantly evolving business landscape. The program is designed to address real-world scenarios, including organizational transitions, restructuring, right-sizing, and shifting client or market demands.

• Distinguish between managing change and leading change.
• Understand the human side of transition and its impact on performance and morale.
• Recognize and respond to common pain points experienced during change.
• Apply a simple, people-centered structure to guide and communicate change clearly.
• Identify unhelpful habits and replace them with best-practice leadership behaviors.
• Develop a Change Leadership Checklist – a practical guide for leading change confidently in their local context.
