About SFNFCI

The Saskatchewan First Nations Family and Community Institute Inc. (commonly referred to as SFNFCI or the Institute) was formed in June 2007 as a non-profit organization in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. The Institute is a professional services provider that works with a number of stakeholder groups as a result of strategic partnerships and collaborations addressing research, policy and standards development, along with training and professional development opportunities in First Nations Child Welfare. The Institute is NOT a front line agency that works directly in child prevention and protection.

The Saskatchewan First Nations Family and Community Institute Inc. We also conduct and share research on various topics and issues that affect our First Nations community service providers.
